  • Option 1 - Single Sunflower

    A single, 60-minute session with me. These sessions may be beneficial for those who are interested but not quite ready to commit to a package.

  • Option 2 - Bouquet (Save 10%)

    A four-session package. Sessions are scheduled over the course of one to two months.

    If you are committed to this healing journey, I recommend a minimum of four sessions. This provides enough time to work on attainable goals and evaluate progress based on your personal story.

    The first session is 90 minutes and remaining sessions are 60 minutes, offered weekly or every other week. Support will be provided in between sessions if needed.

  • Option 3 - Meadow (Save 25%)

    A twelve-session package. Sessions are scheduled over the course of three to six months.

    This time frame allows us to create a new vision for health and well-being, and to prioritize goals and action plans. It also provides opportunities to experience change and learn strategies to sustain and integrate these changes into daily life.

    The first session is 90 minutes and remaining sessions are 60 minutes, offered weekly or every other week. Support will be provided in between sessions if needed.
